Unstable Bluetooth connection

Possible causes include:

  • The computer is connected to other Bluetooth devices with a high data transfer rate, such as a headset. This can make Bluetooth connections unstable.

  • The device is at the limit of its range.

No device found with name

Ensure that your device is turned on and in advertising mode.
