Unstable Bluetooth connection

Possible causes are:

• If the computer is connected to other Bluetooth devices that have a high data transfer rate, like a headset, connections can become unstable.
• The device is at the limit of its range.

No device found with name

Ensure your device is on and in advertising mode. Consult with LED Light Guide.
